I'm excited this morning as I hit the 20 pound loss mark! I work in a school office and a sweet mom brought us in homemade peanut butter cookies and set them right on my desk! It was hard, but I thanked her for them and then put them on the other secretary's desk and was able to focus on my goals and pass up those treats (and I really love peanut butter cookies)! A nice walk around the track at lunch made me feel much better! It's great to feel real progress as my clothes fit better (even loose!) and I have more energy.
