"HMR at Home is the first weight loss program in which I have ever participated and the results have been fantastic!
I encourage everyone to start the program with a friend, spouse, neighbor, or family member! A friend and I decided to begin the program together, and 12 weeks in we are both seeing consistent positive results. HMR at Home with the support of a friend, in addition to participating in personal coaching, has definitely been the foundation of our continued success. It is comforting to have both a friend and a personal coach to lean on when having a tough day, needing encouragement, or just to chat. Julie, my personal coach, has been an invaluable asset to my lifestyle change. The most important change I have experienced through her support has been to always have a plan. The benefits to my long-term health are immeasurable. I wake up each day with a plan about how I am going to make good choices about what I am eating, how I am going to make the time for physical activity, and how great I will feel at the end of the day when I have succeeded. Each day that I stick to the plan is a day closer to achieving my goal.
My advice to anyone considering HMR at Home, or anyone currently on the program, is to buddy up with a friend, participate in the personal coaching, be proud of short-term milestones, and to remember you are changing your lifestyle for a healthier you!
