A Diet with Structure

"I chose to work with Full Life because I wanted a diet with structure - one that I didn't have to count points or make too many choices to begin with.  I have lost 50 pounds with Full Life's program and have kept it off for 2 years!  The biggest thing I've learned for maintaining my weight loss is to think before you eat (plan!) and keep a food journal of not only good choices, but all choices!"
