      How to Use HMR Meal Replacements

      Easy HMR Diet Tips & Tricks

      • Make substitutions for the fat (oil) in your baking!  Instead of oil, use an equal amount of unsweetened applesauce.  Milled flax seeds can also be used in place of the oil in many recipes (generally, 3 TB can replace 1 TB of oil). 
      • Experiment with sweeteners other than sugar.  Agave Nectar is a good substitution for sugar in baking and drinks.  Click here for more information.
