We will never ship HMR Products or charge your credit card without your prior approval. Our HMR at Home Program Manager, Monica Bautista, will contact you prior to any reorder allowing you to change or cancel your order in a timely fashion.
All orders received online are placed within 24 hours and cannot be modified once they are in the HMR shipping system. However, we always aim to resolve any question to your satisfaction.
