As summer approaches, we encourage you to review and refocus on your goals for the upcoming months. The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer ~ a perfect opportunity to fit in more physical activity with an early morning or after dinner walk (or both!). A wide variety of fruits and vegetables are in season and plentiful...there is no better time to commit to living a healthier lifestyle.
