Full Life's 5 Week Weight Loss Blitz Update
34 Pounds Lost in the First Week!
WEEK #1
Natalie laid the foundations for the 5 week class, including establishing goals for staying "in the box" with a minimum of 3 shakes, 2 entrees, and 5 fruits and vegetables per day, and achieving a minimum of 2,000 physical activity calories per week. All participants were excited and ready to get started to lose and build upon the skills that will help them keep the weight off long-term!
WEEK #2
The Blitz participants completed their first week with fantastic results...34 pounds total for an average of 4.3 pounds per person! Those who were "in the box" with HMR meal replacements plus fruits & vegetables and practiced "more is better" had the greatest weight loss. The goal for the week ahead is to have 7 out of 7 days "in the box" and 2,000 calories in Physical Activity. Way to go, Blitzers!
