You will need:
8 oz warm water
2 heaping teas Espresso Powder
2 Teas Cocoa Powder
2 Pkg Splenda
2 Pkg HMR 70+ Vanilla
2 Teas Benefiber :)
Blend with a wisk (in 1 qt measuring cup) Heat 8 oz water 1.5 min in Microwave Wisk and Slowly pour Hot water into the mixture. Pour into a warmed cup and enjoy! Yum....
CORRECTION TO: SHERRIE’S HOT MOCHA HMR 70’s will curdle if mixed in hot water. Here is a 2 step method and recipe to avoid that and also make it nice and hot to enjoy! Pour HOT water into your cup and let it stand to warm it up. 1. Heat 4 ounces water in a 4 cup mixing cup in the microwave 1 1/2 minutes In this order add: 2 heaping teaspoons Instant Espresso Powder (Medaglia D’Oro), 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, 3 packets Spenda, 2 teas. Benefiber. Stir with a whisk. 2 packages HMR 70’s shake mix. Slowly sprinkle HMR 70 into the mixture whisking quickly. Keep whipping with a whisk until nice and smooth. 2. Measure 8 ounces water in another measuring cup and heat for 2 minutes in the microwave. Slowly pour hot water into the above mixture whisking all the while. Poor into your warmed cup and enjoy a nice hot, delicious drink.
