The Pistachio Jell-O Pudding can be replaced with your favorite flavor (butterscotch, cheesecake, lemon, etc.) or 1 cup of your favorite frozen fruit - strawberries are scrumptious!

HMR Shake Recipe - Pistachio Ice Cream Shake

You will need:  

1/4 cup water

1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla Shake

1 TB fat-free, sugar-free Pistachio Jell-O Pudding 

4 - 6 ice cubes

 

Directions:

Crush or pulse ice in a food processor.  Add 120 Vanilla Shake and Pistachio Jell-O Pudding; mix and pulse.  Add 1/4 cup water and continue to pulse until desired.
