If you love Mocha Frappucinos, you have got to try this shake.  You can enjoy your mocha treat with far fewer calories and a lot more nutrition!

You can also make a hot mocha by pouring a cup of hot coffee in your blender and adding the chocolate shake mix, unsweetened cocoa (optional) and non-caloric sweetener (optional).  Just be sure to vent your blender!!  Check out Fit n' Fast Recipe TV for a video demonstration of a hot mocha treat!

HMR Shake Recipe - Mocha Shake

You will need:  

6 - 8 oz. cold water (per scoop or packet) 

1 scoop HMR 120 Chocolate Shake

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp granulated instant coffee

1 - 2 packets non-caloric sweetener

ice, cubes or crushed

Directions:

Pour water in blender, add 120 Chocolate Shake and remaining ingredients and blend.  Add ice and continue to blend to desired consistency.
