Pour 12 oz water into blender. Add 1 scoop of HMR 120 Vanilla, 1 scoop of HMR 120 Chocolate and cocoa, if using. Blend together until smooth. Pour blended shake into a large microwave proof mug or container. Add a little water if shake is very frothy and stir. Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached. Enjoy right away or pour into an insulated travel mug if you are going to drink it on the road!
