HMR Shake Recipe - Rebecca's Flamstead Frosty

Full Life HMR Recipe Blog"On the advice of my personal coach today, tonight I tried what I have now named a "Flamstead Frosty". Flamstead because that's the name of the road I live on, Frosty because it reminds me of Wendy's frosty which I absolutely love! 

7 oz. cold water
1 scoop chocolate HMR 120
1 packet chocolate HMR 70 Plus
16 ice cubes

Blend water & shake mixes on "frappe" setting until thick, about 45 seconds.
Add ice cubes 1 at a time until well blended and thick like a frosty.

Only 230 calories & it's absolutely delish!"

By the way - the original Wendy's Chocolate Frosty (medium) has 410 calories and 90 Calories of fat. Chills me just thinking about it!
