You can also make a delicious Butter Rum Fun Pudding using the HMR 70+.  Reduce the water to 3 - 5 oz per packet, stir all ingredients together, and enjoy!

HMR Shake Recipe - Butter Rum Fun Shake

You Will Need:                                  

1 packet HMR 800 Vanilla (can also be made with 120, 70+ or 500)

6 - 8 oz water

1 1/2 tsp fat-free, sugar-free Jell-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding

1 tsp rum extract

ice, cubes or crushed, as desired

 

Directions:

Pour water in blender.  Add vanilla shake, pudding mix, rum extract and blend.  Add ice and continue to blend until desired consistency.
