You will need:
3 Packets HMR Multigrain Cereal
1 cup hot water
2 packets HMR 70+ Vanilla Shake
2 TB cornmeal
2 TB whole wheat flour
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pinch salt
Directions:
Mix HMR Multigrain cereal and hot water, let stand 4 minutes, until soft. In a separate bowl, mix HMR 70+ Vanilla, cornmeal, flour and baking powder, then add mixture to cereal. Add pumpkin, vanilla cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Place teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet prepared with PAM butter spray. Bake for 8 minutes at 375. Remove immediately and cool. Makes 2 dozen cookies (40 calories each).
