You will need:
- 1 packet HMR 70+ Chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. instant decaffeinated coffee
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
- 1 packet non-caloric sweetener (Equal, Splenda)
Optional:
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat or low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 packet non-caloric sweetener
Directions:
Put HMR 70+ Chocolate, cocoa, decaffeinated coffee and sweetener into a cup or bowl. Add water and stir until smooth. Mix together the ricotta cheese and sweetener and use as a garnish on the mousse. Refrigerate 15 - 20 minutes or until very cold.
