HMR Multigrain Cereal Recipe - Alicia's Delicious Bread Pudding

This recipe was an accidental discovery and has become one of my favorites.  Easy to make and save for later, this creative use of HMR Multigrain Cereal is perfect for a meal or snack any time.  

HMR Multigrain Cereal Full Life Bread Pudding recipe

You will need:

1 pkt HMR Multigrain Cereal
1 Scoop HMR 120 V Shake

6- 8 oz water
Cinnamon and Nutmeg

Add water to HMR Multigrain cereal in a mug or bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Add HMR 120 Vanilla Shake and stir, adding additional water as needed until creamy.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.  Serve cold.

Add applesauce or a dollop of fat free cool whip if desired.

This makes a delicious treat on the go or a rich, yummy dessert!
