You will need:
1 pkt HMR Multigrain Cereal1 Scoop HMR 120 V Shake
6- 8 oz waterCinnamon and Nutmeg
Add water to HMR Multigrain cereal in a mug or bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Add HMR 120 Vanilla Shake and stir, adding additional water as needed until creamy. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and refrigerate for 2-24 hours. Serve cold.
Add applesauce or a dollop of fat free cool whip if desired.
