HMR Entree Recipe - Loaded Lasagna

Here is a delicious lasagna recipe that your whole family will love!

  • 2 - 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 - 4 boxes HMR Lasagna
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tsp fresh basil & oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes, optional

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare vegetables.  Spray saute pan with PAM.  Saute garlic and onions until translucent.  Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, fresh herbs, and red pepper flakes.  Simmer together.  Spread the other can of diced tomatoes in a baking dish.  Layer HMR lasagna with mushrooms and spinach.  Top with diced tomato, onion, and garlic sauce.  Bake until heated through and enjoy!
