HMR Entree Recipe - Creamy Pasta Broccoli

Broccoli is a nutrient dense food and an excellent source of vitamins A, C, K, folic acid and fiber.  It is also a good source of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamins B6 and E.  Have you had your broccoli today?

Here's a delicious recipe for Creamy Pasta Broccoli...

  • 1 HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entree
  • 1 packet HMR 500 Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli florets (steam fresh broccoli florets or thaw frozen florets)
  • 1 cup corn (if frozen, thaw first)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions:

Prepare soup as a sauce according to package directions.  Prepare vegetables.  Heat entree in microwave for one minute.  Mix entree and vegetables in a bowl.  Stir in chicken soup and blend well.  Add Italian seasoning to taste.
