HMR at HomeĀ® Program - Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in the HMR at HomeĀ® Program with Full Life Center for Weight Management.  If you have any questions about your participation, please contact Monica Bautista at 508-353-7560 or hmrathome@earthlink.net.

The terms and conditions for membership in HMR at Home may change from time to time.  Please review all communications you receive from Full Life Center for Weight Management.

HMR at Home members receive the following benefits:

  • 10% discount on your purchase of the HMR Healthy Solutions Quick StartTM Diet Kit
    PLEASE NOTE - You must place at least one 2 week reorder to remain eligible for the discount.  If you cancel your HMR at Home enrollment before placing your first 2 week reorder, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to the initial 10% discount, or $30.  This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Step-by-step program materials, including a Quick Start CD, recipe book, and weekly progress sheets included with your kit
  • Free "Quick Start" call with a Full Life Coach to help you get a strong start on the program
  • Access to Full Life Coaches (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 EST)
  • Automatic delivery of your HMR at Home reorder every two weeks (after the initial 3 week kit).  You must place at least one 2 week reorder following your initial 3 week kit to remain eligible for the 10% discount on your HMR Healthy Solutions Diet Kit purchase. If you cancel your HMR at Home enrollment before placing your first 2 week reorder, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to the initial 10% discount or $30.  This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • 10% discount on every HMR at Home reorder (minimum &167. order required)
  • Free shipping on every HMR at Home reorder (minimum $167. order required)

Each HMR at Home reorder must be a minimum of $167 in order to receive 10% discount and free shipping.

  • You authorize us to bill a valid credit card and will provide us with all of the necessary credit card information.
  • Your credit card information is secure. We will automatically charge your credit card as each order is processed.
  • An email reminder will be sent one to two days before each reorder date.
  • You must inform Full Life of any changes to your credit card or address information.
  • In order to take advantage of the HMR at Home savings, reorders must be placed every two weeks.  You may reschedule two reorders and still be eligible to receive the benefits of the HMR at Home Program.  You may not reschedule a single reorder more than once.  If you reschedule more than twice, you must purchase the Healthy Solutions Quick Start Diet Kit to once again be eligible for HMR at Home participation.
  • HMR at Home reorders can be customized to your preferences.  If you would like to customize your order, you must respond to your reminder email or contact Full Life by phone.  If you do not contact Full Life at least 24 hours before your order date, a standard order will be placed and your credit card will be charged accordingly. 
  • You may cancel your participation in the HMR at Home Program at any time after the first 2 week reorder with written notice (email notification is sufficient).  If you cancel your participation in the HMR at Home Program, you will no longer receive a 10% discount or free shipping.  Orders cannot be changed or cancelled on or after scheduled reorder date.  If you cancel your participation and wish to rejoin in the future, you must begin by purchasing the 3 week Healthy Solutions Quick Start Diet Kit.
