How to Get Started with HMR at Home®

  • Purchase your 3-week Healthy Solutions Quick StartTM Diet Kit.  It includes all the food, information and guidance you will need to be successful.  With the purchase of the kit, you will be enrolled in the HMR at Home Program.
  • We will call you to confirm your enrollment and to establish your 2 Week Reorder schedule.  Please read terms and conditions for eligibility requirements and cancellation information.
  • Prior to each reorder, we will contact you via email to determine what products you would like to include on that order.
  • Within a week of your kit order, you will receive a 10-minute Quick Start Call from a Full Life Coach to answer any questions you have about the program and help you get a quick start with your weight loss.
