Full Life Waldorf Salad

You will need:                               

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded or 1/2 bag cole slaw mix
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 Fuji apple, diced
  • 4T Paul Newman's Lite Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 1/4 C Craisins

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients (refrigerate for 1/2 hour to overnight for added flavor). Eat with boiled or roasted potatoes and a turkey burger or MorningStar Breakfast Patties.
