HMR Shake Recipe - Berry Delight

You Will Need:       

1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla

6 - 8 oz. cold water

1 tsp fat-free, sugar-free Mixed Fruit Jell-O Gelatin

ice, cubes or crushed                               

 

Directions:

Pour water in blender, less for a thick shake, more for a smoothie.  Add HMR shake mix and mixed fruit gelatin.  Mix until smooth.  Add ice to desired thickness.
