HMR 120 Shake Recipe - Peanut Butter Blizzard

You Will Need:                                  

1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla Shake plus

1 scoop HMR 120 Chocolate Shake (or packets HMR 500, HMR 800, HMR 70+ Shake Mix)           

1+ cup cold water                                                            

1 HMR Peanut Butter Benefit Bar chopped in small pieces                  

1T Baking Cocoa

3-4 C Ice

Directions:

Pour water in blender.  Add HMR 120 Vanilla and HMR 120 Chocolate Shake, 1/3 Peanut Butter Benefit Bar, baking cocoa and ice.  Mix on low until ice is crushed and on high until smooth.  Pour into 2 cups and fold in remaining HMR Peanut Butter Benefit Bar.  Makes 2 servings (share with a friend or freeze one for 2-3 hours to enjoy later)
