Expert Tips: 

Serve this dressing over your favorite salad greens and vegetables.  Or, if a dip consistency is desired, use nonfat cottage cheese in place of the milk. 

 

Low-Cal Ranch Dressing with Yogurt

You will need:                               

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 cup buttermilk or nonfat milk

1 package ranch dressing mix

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well.  Cool for one hour and serve.
