You will need:
1 - 16 oz can sliced peaches (in juice)
1 - 16 oz can sliced pears (in juice)
1 - 16 oz can pineapple chunks (in juice)
1 - 2 TB cinnamon
2 - 3 tsp brown sugar replacements (can be found at Whole Foods, etc.)
3 tsp rum extract
Directions:
Add the juice from 1 can of fruit (reserve other juice to add later) into a crock pot. Add all ingredients. Simmer on low for 1/2 day or until hot. Add additional juice through the day.
