Pumpkin Mousse

You will need:                               

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup water

2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder

1/2 cup mashed canned pumpkin

2 TB concentrated, undiluted orange juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cloves

1/8 tsp nutmeg

8 - 10 ice cubes

 

Directions:

Combine gelatin and 2 TB water in blender.  Process for 10 seconds, let stand 1 minute.  Add 6 TB boiling water.  Process until gelatin is dissolved (be sure to vent blender).  Add remaining ingredients, except ice cubes, to blender and process until smooth.  Add ice cubes and process until smooth.
