Full Life's HMR Recipes and TipsCreating variety with your HMR meal replacements is a great way to turn some of your weight loss recipes into all time favorites. Here's a quick list of condiments to add to your HMR shakes and entrees:

1 - Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken or Vegetable Broth - make a delicious veggie soup to which you can add your HMR Entrees!

2 - Extracts - In the baking aisle - Vanilla, Coconut, Almond, Peppermint, Orange, Rum - Combine with HMR Shakes and fruit

3 - Fat Free Salad Dressing - Walden Farms (available online and in your grocery) and Spray Dressings - check out Wishbone Balsamic Vinegarette

4 - Hot Sauce - Add to HMR 500 Chicken Soup for a tangy afternoon snack

5 - Non Fat Dairy Whipped Topping - COOL WHIP! Try layering a HMR Chocolate 70+ Pudding, Cool Whip and Strawberries for a delicious trifle

6 - Salsa - Check the labels but most are all veggies. Great for salads and baked potatoes.  Stir up a yummy pot of Mexican beans by sauteing onions, garlic and salsa with diced tomatoes, then add your favorite beans.

7 - Spices - Go to a natural foods store like Whole Foods and check out the bulk section for a great variety of herbs and spices to try - plant a kitchen herb garden this spring and always have some fresh on hand!

8 - Fat Free Sugar Free Jello Pudding Powder - Butterscotch, Lemon, Pistachio, Chocolate Fudge, Cheesecake... the combinations are endless - try mixing them in HMR Shakes and freeze, or mix with HMR 70+ Puddings, layer with fruit

9 - Vinegar - try some gourmet vinegars for a new way to dress your veggies.

10 - Unsweetened Baking Cocoa - Hersheys, Ghiradelli, Godiva, oh my... need I say more about chocolate?

I tried the chicken soup made as a sauce & mixed with the Chicken Pasta Parmesan last night & it was delicious. Definitely adding that to my new list of favorites. :-)

Red wine vinegar with a dash of salt & pepper is my favorite dressing for my cucumber, onion & tomato salad.
