The Friday Fight: How Bad Could a Chicken McNugget Really Be?

REALLY bad.
Happy Friday Fighters... I had to share this, but be prepared to be totally grossed out.
Now, we've all seen Super Size Me and Fast Food Nation...and we know that fast foods are made with some of the worst chemicals out there. But "knowing" and actually "seeing" is a whole different story. The picture below might look like a big scoop of strawberry icecream..but it's not. It's actually raw McDonald's Chicken Nuggets.
Or, to put even more grossly:
- The substance is called MSC, or mechanically separated chicken
- It’s a sickening puree of the ENTIRE chicken including bones, eyes, feet, everything
- It’s then treated with ammonia to destroy bacteria, and then because it tastes so bad, is mixed with artificial flavoring
- And then dyed pink
Sorry if that ruined your Friday. But, seeing is believing. We hope you'll think twice about giving yourself and your children fast food!
