HMR Recipe - Sandy's Cappucino Shake

Do you love coffee drinks but hate all of the unwanted calories and added sugar? Now, you can have a delicious, nutritious Cappucino Shake using HMR shakes, instant coffee, and a little cinnamon! Read on and enjoy!
You will need (makes 2 shakes):
- 1 1/2 scoops of HMR 120 Vanilla (or 70+, 800, or 500)
- 1/2 scoop of HMR 120 Chocolate
- 1/2 TB instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups plus 2 TB warm water
Directions:
Dissolve 2 TB warm water into 1/2 TB instant coffee. Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and remaining 1 1/2 cup water. Add 120 Vanilla and 120 Chocolate and blend.
If you want to make this into a frozen drink, add crushed or cubed ice and blend to desired consistency.
