HMR Recipe - White Chocolate Raspberry Shake

Warm summer days are the perfect time for a refreshing, nutritious, HMR shake. If you love white chocolate and raspberries, this is the shake for you. Mix it up and enjoy!
For one serving, you will need:
- 6 - 8 oz cold water
- 1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or packet of HMR 70+, 500 or 800)
- 1 tsp sugar-free, fat-free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1/2 to 1 cup frozen raspberries
- Ice, crushed or cubes
Directions:
- Put water, shake mix, pudding, and frozen raspberries in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and continue to blend until desired consistency.
Expert Suggestions:
If you prefer regular chocolate, this shake can also be made using HMR 120 Chocolate and sugar-free, fat-free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix for a chocolate raspberry shake. For even more flavor, add a drop of almond extract to either recipe.
