Sometimes you need something that feels more decadent than your basic ice cream shake. For those times I recommend this concoction which will satisfy the sweetest of sweet teeth and give you fruit, nutrients and protein without breaking your calorie budget.

HMR Shake of the Week RecipeYou will need:

1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
1 HMR Chocolate Chocolate Benefit Bar

Directions:

Put water, 1 level scoop of HMR 120 vanilla, 1/2C cherries in blender. Blend on medium speed as you gradually add ice. Continue blending until desired consistency is reached. Cut remaining cherries and HMR chocolate chocolate Benefit Bar in small pieces, fold into shake.

For a thicker ice cream consistency, use less water, more ice and freeze for 1/2 hour before serving. Bon Apetit!
