If you love the sweet and tangy taste of pineapple - this HMR shake is for you. (Remember you can use any HMR shake, HMR 120, HMR 500, HMR 800, or HMR 70+. It's easy and delicious and will give you a head start on your day, or the pick me up you need in the middle of the afternoon. Try adding rum and coconut extracts for a Pina Colada (more ice, less water) or a tablespoon of Fat Free Sugar Free Cheesecake Jello pudding mix for a Pineapple Cheesecake Shake. Yum!
