  • 4 oz. cold water
  • 1 scoop HMR Vanilla 120
  • ½ banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 packet noncaloric sweetener (splenda, etc.)
  • crushed ice or ice cubes, as needed, for a thicker shake

Pour cold water into blender and begin mixing on lowest speed. While blender is on, add shake mix. Add fruit and sweetener, if needed. Add ice cubes or crushed ice and blend on highest speed for 30 seconds.
