Full Life is proud to offer the HMR® Program for Weight Management, the #1 Physician Recommended Weight Loss Program in the country. Our coaches support HMR at Home clients using a structured, self directed meal replacement plan combined with fruits and vegetables.
Full Life Personal Coaches have helped people lose from 20 to over 365 pounds through lifestyle change. Our dietary plans focus on the use of Fruits and Vegetables, Whole Grains and Lean Proteins.
Physical Activity is a crucial part of any long term plan for success and many of our coaches are also NASM certified Personal Trainers.
We are building the Full Life network to provide support, training and resources for those who want to be healthier, and for those who would like to role-model healthy behaviors in their families and in their communities.
